We provide a discount for clients who confirm our service through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or Facebook before meeting Billy in person.
We offer a discount if clients let Billy select photos for retouching, as his choices based on album layout ensure a stunning, cohesive album. Billy picks images that create a seamless narrative, balancing composition, color, and mood.
Don't worry! I'm here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable, beautiful, and confident. Together, we'll capture stunning images that showcase your best features.
We recommend using our makeup artist, as they understand our photography style and lighting requirements. However, you're welcome to bring your own — we'll deduct the makeup fee from your package.
For the Timeless Harmony package, we provide gowns and suits. For other packages, we offer a curated list of recommended gowns and suits to ensure you find the perfect fit.
No, we do not provide unedited RAW files as they are considered unfinished product.
We offer flexible rescheduling based on availability and sufficient production time before your wedding. For the Grand Harmony package, a rescheduling fee from the suit and gown vendor may apply if rescheduling occurs after the fitting.
For the Deluxe package, you can select one outdoor location. For the Platinum package, you can choose 1–2 outdoor locations. We recommend avoiding long travel times to maximise shooting time.
Yes, we welcome pets and are experienced in photographing them in our studio. However, we don't recommend bringing pets to outdoor sessions.
We recommend scheduling your pre-wedding shoot 12–16 weeks before your wedding day. Booking 2–3 months in advance ensures ample time for preparation.

Covers a half-day wedding ceremony and lunch banquet with seven consecutive hours of photography coverage.
Full Day

Full-day photography for Chinese tea and Western ceremonies, dinner banquet, and a bridal party portrait session.

FAQ
The wedding day package includes two photographers. Billy/Ivy, the main photographer, captures documentary and portrait shots. A second photographer focuses on group photos. Additionally, an assistant manages lighting and may shoot from another angle when lighting duties are not required.
We focus solely on photography to ensure exceptional results. While our packages don't include video services, we offer a curated list of trusted videography partners whose styles complement our work.
After confirming your booking, you can contact us anytime with wedding planning questions. Approximately 1–2 months before the wedding, Billy will host a Zoom session to discuss the detailed rundown and provide personalised feedback.
You'll typically receive your full set of photos within 12 weeks. Highlight images are sent as soon as possible, and standard group photos are usually delivered within one month.
