月經遲到,可能出現類似經期感、疲倦、乳房脹痛。快用驗孕棒確認喜訊!Missed period, possible period-like cramps, fatigue, and breast tenderness. Time to take a pregnancy test to confirm the good news!
受精卵著床,快速分化,神經管開始發育。The fertilised egg implants and rapidly divides. The neural tube begins to develop.
保護胚胎!避免劇烈運動、過勞。補充葉酸持續到至少3個月。可睇定陪月:好多好的陪月第三個月已很難預約。Protect the embryo! Avoid intense exercise and overwork. Take folic acid for at least 3 months. Start looking for a postnatal carer — good ones book up fast by month 3.

孕吐高峰期,乳房脹痛、氣味敏感。自然流產高發期,易緊張。7週左右可B超確認胎心胎芽。Peak morning sickness, breast tenderness, and heightened smell sensitivity. A higher-risk period — it's normal to feel anxious. Around week 7, an ultrasound can confirm the heartbeat.
快速分化發育,器官初步形成。Rapid cell division and early organ formation begins.
預約第一次產前檢查及開始計劃分娩醫院!首次產檢通常會在懷孕第8至12週進行。Book your first prenatal check-up and start planning your delivery hospital! The first check-up is usually between weeks 8–12.

開始顯肚,子宮增大可能牽扯韌帶,久坐可能腹痛。Your bump starts to show. The expanding uterus may pull on ligaments, causing discomfort when sitting too long.
觸覺聽覺開始發展!現在開始你可以在產檢超聲波上清楚看到BB的性別了。Touch and hearing begin to develop! You can now see baby's gender clearly on ultrasound.
避免過量補充營養,控制體重。開始胎教,和寶寶說話、唱歌、散步。照胎兒結構的最佳時間通常在懷孕第18至22週期間。Manage your weight. Start prenatal bonding — talk to baby, sing, and take walks. The structural anomaly scan is best done between weeks 18–22.
頭髮指甲變好,水腫可能加重,燒心吐酸水(子宮壓迫胃部)。Hair and nails improve, swelling may increase, and heartburn can occur as the uterus presses on the stomach.
BB的大腦正在迅速成長,感官也繼續發展,味蕾變得更加敏感、眼睛對光有反應、能聽到子宮外的聲音。Baby's brain is growing rapidly. Taste buds become more sensitive, eyes respond to light, and baby can hear sounds outside the womb.
按時產檢,葡萄糖耐量試驗測血糖。預防妊娠紋,使用產品前先諮詢醫生。如已預約影大肚相,便可著手物色合適之服裝。Attend check-ups; the glucose tolerance test monitors blood sugar. Consult your doctor before using stretch mark products. If you've booked a maternity shoot, start looking for outfits!
胎動更有力,可能被寶寶踢痛或踢醒!Baby's movements are stronger — you might even get kicked awake!
力氣變大,胎兒開始動來動去、伸展及彎曲手腳。Getting stronger — baby is moving, stretching, and bending arms and legs.
堅持數胎動!準備走佬袋,提前採買寶寶用品。增加運動,控制飲食,避免過甜油膩辛辣。Keep counting kicks! Pack your hospital bag and buy baby essentials. Stay active and eat well — avoid overly sweet, greasy, or spicy food.
頻尿加重,皮膚可能因肚皮撐大而癢。Frequent urination increases, and skin may itch as your belly stretches.
變「多肉寶寶」,每週增重約200克!胎頭開始朝下,準備分娩。Baby is getting chubby — gaining about 200g per week! The head turns downward, preparing for delivery.
按時產檢,胎心監護開始!每天數胎動。通常28週後拍攝肚的形狀會較明顯,最好不要遲過32週。Foetal heart monitoring begins! Count kicks daily. The bump is most photogenic after week 28 — best not to shoot later than week 32.

來到懷孕後期,孕婦可能出現暈眩。應避免久站,多喝水,攝取足夠的鐵質和葉酸。In late pregnancy, dizziness may occur. Avoid standing too long, stay hydrated, and get enough iron and folic acid.
大多數的BB在懷孕第32週至36週時會自己轉姿勢,擺好pose讓你順利生產。Most babies turn head-down between weeks 32–36, getting ready for a smooth delivery.
注意休息,避免頻繁假性宮縮。提前了解分娩知識,學習呼吸用力技巧,減輕產前焦慮。Rest well and avoid frequent Braxton Hicks. Learn about the birth process and practise breathing techniques to ease anxiety.
孕婦身體正如火如荼地預備讓BB來到這個世界。盆骨充血量和賀爾蒙活性都較高。Your body is working hard to prepare for baby's arrival. Pelvic blood flow and hormone activity are at their peak.
胎兒足月,準備好見面啦!準備做媽媽!Baby is full-term and ready to meet you! You're about to become a mum!
37週起產檢改為一週一次!監測胎心胎動。準備好走佬袋、證件,保持心情愉快!出現產兆(見紅、破水、陣痛)立即就醫!From week 37, check-ups become weekly! Monitor heartbeat and kicks. Have your hospital bag ready and stay positive! If you notice signs of labour — head to hospital immediately!
