The joy of becoming a father may be just as much as the joy women feel when they discover they’re pregnant.

However, a man can never understand the pain of delivering a baby or the arduous 9 months that women have to bear before the baby comes into this world.

But, that doesn’t mean you have to stand in the sidelines watching your wife go through all that. Enjoy the time together and make the most of this bitter-sweet journey alongside your better half. And don’t forget to surprise her every now and then – her happiness during this time is of prime importance.

Go the extra mile and schedule a pregnancy photo shoot for her with a maternity photographer. Trust us, she’ll love it. Not sure where and how to begin? Get in touch with us at Billy ONAIR Photography, for heart warming pregnancy photos of your wife.

When is the best time to schedule maternity photos?

28-34 weeks is the recommendation. If you are on the shorter side in height or carrying twins/triplets, between 26-32 weeks is best.

What should I wear?

Some of our clients borrow from the studio wardrobe. If you bring your own you can choose outfits that accentuate your body. Solid colors work best and whichever color makes you feel most like yourself is a good choice.

Where does the session take place?

Here at Billy ONAIR Photography, ensuring the comfort and safety for pregnant ladies is our prime goal. Our fully-equipped photography studio offers an ideal environment for expectant mothers to stay completely at ease as they prepare and pose for their pregnancy photos.

Can I include my husband and children in the session?

Yes! I really recommend having some photos that include your family. It’s always important to capture that very amazing moment of your life with the most special people.

What happens during my session?

Your maternity photography session will be a joyful, meaningful and comfortable experience. If your children are in the session I’ll take some time to get to know them so that they feel comfortable with me. I will never force them to do anything that doesn’t come naturally. I will guide you through some poses and aim to capture beautiful moments of interaction. It’s these little moments between you and your family that you will cherish forever.
